• Usually given in evening (aparahna-vatakala) along with hingu, guda and saindhava. Practically it can be given along with hinguvachadi choorna
• It is very effective in fibroid uterus,ovarian cyst 
• Effective in primary and secondory dysmenorrhoea
• Effective in the management of endometriosis

Dosage

• 15 ml- 20ml twice daily with 3-4 times of luke warm water depending up on the preparation, one hour before food or as directed by the physician
