Mild Abhyanga – Sahacharadi taila, Bala taila
Bathing in luke warm water
Local mild svedana (only in back)
Practice yogaasanas indicated in pregnancy with proper training

Banana powder boiled with milk & sugar
Do not lie down just after full meal
Avoid pickles, sour, hot chilies in diet
