Automatic filing
Every "Save & Generate" in the prescription wizard creates or updates the patient and appends the visit. Patients are deduplicated by name + phone, so repeat visits stack under one record.
Patient timeline at a glance
Newest activity first. Reopen, reprint, or share any past prescription. One-tap call or message the patient. Start a new prescription pre-linked to this patient.
Encrypted, on-device only
Records live in AES-encrypted local storage — the key is held in the platform's secure storage / Keychain. Never uploaded to any server. Nobody else can see them — not even us.
Screenshot-protected
Screens showing patient data are protected against screenshots and screen recording (Android FLAG_SECURE, iOS detection) so a shared screen never becomes a data leak.
The privacy trade-off, honestly stated
Because records never leave the device, they exist only on the phone where you saved them. That means:
- Records do not sync between your phone and tablet.
- If you uninstall the app or lose the phone, the records are gone — we cannot recover them.
- Before switching phones, export or share any prescriptions you want to keep.
This is deliberate. It's a privacy feature — your patients' data is under your control, and nobody's data-processing addendum has authority over it.

History builds itself from normal prescribing. Continuity of care, without adopting a cloud EMR.
