• It is useful in allergic upper respiratory tract infection, bronchial asthma as divided dose
• In productive cough and sinusitis it can be given with vyoshadi vataka
• In Chronic respiratory diseases it is taken along with vidaryadi ghrita, rasna dasamoola ghrita
• Vasa can be taken in excess quantity while preparing medicine can be given in heamoptysis
• It can be given in fever along with chukkumthippalyadi/gorochanadi gulika
• It can also be given in OA knee, lumbar spondylosis, cervical spondylosis

Dosage

• 15 ml- 20ml twice daily with 3-4 times of luke warm water depending up on the preparation, one hour before food or as directed by the physician
