- Gokshur (Tribulus terrestris)

- Brahmi( Herpestis monniera)
- Bilva (Aegle marmelos)
- Shivlingi (Bryoniala ciniosa)
- Jyotishmati (Celastrus paniculatus)
- Jeeraka( Cuminum cyminum)
- Jatamansi (Nardostachys jatamansi)
Dosage
- In peri menopause:1 capsule twice a day for 6 months.
- In surgical menopause: 2 capsules twice a day for 3 months, followed by 1 capsule twice a day for next 3 months.
