Dosage
- Adult: 1 teaspoonful (5 gm) twice or thrice a day to be dissolved in hot water and sip like hot tea
- Children: ½ teaspoonful (2.5 gm) twice or thrice a day to be dissolved in hot water and sip like hot tea
