Dosage
- 5-10 ml bid
- Eat light, warm, and easy-to-digest meals to ease digestion and reduce acidity.
- Use digestive spices such as cumin, coriander, ajwain, and fennel in cooking to improve gut health.
- Avoid fried, spicy, sour, and fermented foods such as pickles, vinegar, and tomatoes, which can worsen acidity.
- Drink lukewarm water regularly and avoid cold, fizzy, or caffeinated drinks that irritate the stomach lining.
- Eat small and frequent meals instead of heavy or late-night meals to prevent acid buildup.
- Choose soothing foods such as khichdi, buttermilk with cumin, and boiled vegetables during flare-ups.
