Dosage
- 5-10 ml bid
- Prefer freshly cooked, soft meals such as khichdi, boiled rice with ghee, and lightly steamed vegetables to soothe the stomach lining.
- Use cooling herbs and spices such as coriander, fennel, and mint in meals to help balance acidity and reduce internal heat.
- Avoid spicy, sour, fried, and fermented foods such as pickles, citrus fruits, tomatoes, and curd that can trigger acid reflux.
- Sip warm water throughout the day and avoid chilled, carbonated, or caffeinated beverages that irritate the gastric tract.
- Eat smaller and more frequent meals to prevent pressure buildup and reflux symptoms.
- Include gut-friendly foods such as soaked raisins, coconut water, and soft-cooked oats to ease digestion and protect the gastric mucosa.
